Even I had applied through an agent's link...after verification it showed LTF infinity and hdfc rejected it saying existing customer

Not sure why they rejected your application. But for me TNI was approved as LTF. I hold 3 other hdfc cards.

They had initially rejected. But after I scared them with the screenshot of LTF offer and RBI BANKING OMBUDSMAN complaint they finally agreed

Funny part is....I have already mailed them before applying online with trick card got approved and couriered too...

Today I am getting below reply from them 🤣

"We infer from your email that you were unable to apply for HDFC Bank TATA Neu infinity credit card. We assure that Bank is earnest in its efforts to resolve customer's complaints and in view of the same we are willing to review basis physical application. We request you to revert with the comfortable timings with contact number and complete address with land mark for us to check and assist further"

i Have one hdfc cc(the mighty moneyback) and was unable to apply any other card from hdfc. used link generated by agent, applied for neu plus(only plus was available and lifetime free) yesterday. today received message to activate card. alreay having hdfc current account.

6 Months. Today one of my friend used that link and it allowed him to apply for TNI. But not sure if hdfc will accept the application or not. Will be clear in few days.

You tried UPI with tata Neu app??

Yes i tried with Tata neu app and used TNI card for upi payment. Neu coins are based on 1% of transaction amount. Not sure what i am missing. Kindly try and let me know how we can get 1.5% neu coins.
