For me they only asked to verify using either netbanking or debit card details. I choose debit card details. No vkyc.

for me I did vkyc..now offline aadhar biometrics......having hdfc savings account and 3 hdfc cards....only positive is my application is not yet rejected as many people having multiple hdfc cards have been rejected straightaway

No this clause was not there in October. It has come in November

I got rejected three times. 🥲 (Only one cibil enquiry)

I had to keep e-mailing them. On 2nd try, they told me that they will try to give me infinity as floater. That rejected right after i received the application no. Then they told me that they can consider for plus and tried for that. I had a home verification today and got rejected for that aswell. Now I'm waiting for their reply.


I already have money back plus, swiggy floater.

It's weird...me & my friend had applied on the same day, mine got approved without even vkyc within 24 hours and my friend has done vkyc & HDFC has now triggered offline verification (similar to your case). Please do update here about your application's progress
