there is no for me concept here, its from official webpage, try to clear cache or open in private window. ITs not pre-approved, product page showing like that , for everyone its applicable.

No it's per individual basis. U have to enter ur mobile number and PAN or DOB. After that hdfc will check basis ur eligibility which card can be offered LTF. I had got infinity and plus as LTF. My brother got only plus LTF

this will be lifetime only if we know the duration (to escalate incase not), without it we dont have solid case. But if we know the dates then definitely its ltf. I can complain and convert it ltf.

But as mentioned, none of the cards survive more than 2 and at max 3 years at the present situation, so point to convert IMO, they already giving 1500 voucher which is sufficient for these 2 or 3 years.

So LTF is coming from the normal HDFC CC page, not from app and other links.

I am not talking about the website. Use the link to apply after that it will show whether u r eligible for LTF infinity or freedom or not. The festive offer is till 31 October
