There are few other cards as well which are showing LTF under fees and charges.
This is the best time for people who did not applied for Infinity in the past due to non-ltf offers.

Ask them the reasons for rejecting. In some thread someone had quoted a RBI circular stating they are bound to give reasons for rejecting
