Yaa charges are normal, but atleast for starting couple of transactions, the charges will be zero, then onwards it will be charged. But this time, from the start, it's showing charges.

I have also done transactions on CRED Fi Money UPI, I received the cashback. I think you are getting it wrong, you are using CRED UPI by choosing Federal Bank UPI and not using Cred UPI by Fi Money UPI App.

There are two app of Fi ?

This is to tell you can get ₹500 from either of the methods. No need to use both.

Every month they will devaluate bit by bit, either introduce caps or reduce coins or cashback till Fi becomes Jupiter. Already the BigBasket and Uber vouchers are unavailable if redeemed a few times, and many vouchers becoming Credit card-exclusive.
