FI Money Infinite account | 2% in UPI/Debit Card spends

Keeping apart the benefits aside Fi is solid banking app than most of the other banking apps. I'm going to retain over here as their customer for their banking services because let's be honest, these benefits couldn't be running for long, they're a business and at the end of the day they need profits. It was a good run with all these benefits though!

If they are asking for 50K balance, they need to keep up with offers otherwise no one will keep 50K in a neobank.

Let alone offers, they're not providing a simple customer care service for such high balance requirements.

Their customer care service is non existent. You'll never hear back from them after filing any complaint/request. And they're calling it priority support lol.

Can somebody confirm if my translation is correct & care to explain debit card spends ?

2% up to Rs30 = Rs1500 per Transaction

Rs100/day = Rs1500 x 4 transactions + Rs500 x 1 Transaction = Rs5000 per Day

Rs500/month Rs25000 per Month (corrected Later via amarnadh98)

Debit Card spends
20% rewards up to 800 Fi-Coins per transaction = ?
Up to 8,000 Fi-Coins per month = ?

Cashback :
Rs500/month = Rs25000 per Month

Debit card spends :
20% reward rate upto 800 coins per transaction= Rs4000 per transaction

8000 fi coins per month = Rs40000

Cashback :
Rs500/month = Rs25000 per Month

Debit card spends :
20% reward rate upto 800 coins per transaction= Rs4000 per transaction

8000 fi coins per month = Rs40000
2% up to Rs30 = Rs1500 per Transaction vs 20% reward rate upto 800 coins per transaction= Rs4000 per transaction

Confused about the above ; can you explain ? (Domestic vs Debit Card Spend ?)

If you are doing only for fi coins, then that 800 coins max transaction can be done. But if you are looking for cashback only, either by FI UPI or Debit card, it's same i.e, 2% upto 30₹ max so 1500₹ max per transaction.
