Support team don't have any collaboration with the backend team. You can't believe them. Most of us already received cashback . This is a standard response from them.

Yes its now implemented. We're getting cashback only for 1 day.

And you can get cb for the same card only after 3 days, that's intact .

Hmm I had got 10rs last month which was Max for one spin

Yes from January they implemented that -
Total 5 spins/credit card bill payment valid for a week.
After the week if you do another payment you get another 5 spins.
Within same week even if you do multiple payment of same card you will receive only 5 spin.

"You can do Rs 1500 transaction via FI UPI on cred to do 500 CB. 3 transactions per day is the new limit."

If this fetches Rs. 500 cashback, then I am all set. I have 26000 CC bill to be paid. Fingers crossed.
