Holy shit my plan is also same. Land in a rural green place. Then in about 10 years I move move in there. In these 10 year gonna make two 3 story building for rent purpose which is gonna generate money then chill

  • It is a great card all around. Base reward rate of 3.3% is fairly generous to begin with, but you get accelerated rewards ranging from 3x to 5x to 10x depending on the category. In particular for regular spending the 5X rewards on Gyftr vouchers like Swiggy, Amazon Pay, Amazon Shopping Vouchers, Bigbasket etc are really useful.
  • Unlimited lounge access in India and abroad with one of the few Priority Passes that isn't chargeable in India.
  • Ability to redeem points at 1:1 for flights and hotels upto 70% of the amount and earn reward points on the remaining 30% as well
There are more benefits but I listed the ones that I most like.

Okay that sums it up for my usage. None of those I use.
# I don't travel by flight so unlimited lounge is of no use infact I'm selling the existing cards complimentary lounge accesses for 150 in WhatsApp groups.
# the 1:1 ration for flight and hotels are no use to me also. Amazon voucher for points is what my thing.
# and I'm already getting 20% discount in swiggy instamart and bigbasket already and az voucher has additional surcharge so no use for me in this either.

Thank God I'm not a infinia fan.

For anyone whose spends don't fit in their SmartBuy platform, infinia is waste.
One gets better rewards with sbi cashback and Tata nue infinity.
