it's been almost a week, and i still can't redeem any points from my debit card

I'm getting the same error. Unable to redeem reward points. Getting error "Redeem not Succesful". Any solution for this? Tried in both app and web..

Only solution is to wait till it starts back allowing to redeem reward points. So you can keep checking it at least once daily.
