what? my card is in use since last year, what do i need to activate? i have already redeemed points couple of months ago with the same card.

My bad then maybe it's a glitch temporary one, even I've not received my points for the bill payment

Sometimes it happens. Try tomorrow or day after. Happened with me multiple times in past few months. But if it's been week maybe check with bank.

I've faced this issue 2 times in the past

1st time: The error was displayed for more than 2 weeks, I reached out to twitter and raised the issue over there they resolved this error after 1 week
2nd time: the same error was displayed again after a few months for my mother's card, But it was fixed automatically after few days In this case I did not take the help of the bank.

So if it persists for a longer time try the way that I followed you may get your work done.
