Fortum charge & drive prepaid card declined / not enabled for online use problem solution

Hello Community,

From few days fortum charge and drive rupay prepaid card which is issued by pine labs was being declined at all e-commerce sites and showing error not enabled for online use and sometimes not even giving error

They have fixed their loop holes and basically blocked the old cards online usage from their back end

I had the same problem, the card was declined at all websites including Amazon, Flipkart



You can see in the above image that I was able to redeem that stucked money

All you have to send them email including the screenshot of error which are you getting at the declined transaction

In next day i received the following reply



In my case i just logged in with link received in in text message and disabled the ecomm transaction and enabled it again

The link will give access to pinelabs control page which will look like this



Later i used my card to buy amazon pay gift card directly from amazon website and the balance received in apay

Update :- You can login using link https://www.pineperks.in and directly disable and enable online transaction

The link directly lends to my prepaid card its encrypted I removed the last character from below but here's how it looks

I also tried enabling disabling ecom transaction from my cards link and it's working. Strangely the cvv mentioned in fortum app and pinelabs link are different.

I did the online txn disable/enable on https://www.pineperks.in

Also verified the cvv again in app, it is changed from earlier. The older screenshot had different cvv which was wrong, new cvv worked for amazon gc purchase.

No wallet load is not working, can use in utility and shopping

I initiated 10K Transaction, 10K deducted but not refunded nor credited to destination site. After contacting fourm and pinelabs as per them it could take upto 5 days. I'm assuming it may take upto 15 to 20 days.

Happened with me too, but refund arrived on the 3rd business day

Load money works sometime only. Only option is check regularly in night or early morning.

Sir, how to add money in Fortum charge card in my case it says that "recharge is not available at the moment."
