Not forgetting anything. I have got forex card for free from icici. Won't load or activate it.

The goal is not to use the forex card, just get the sim and then keep using the credit card lol.

No charges for keeping it if you never activate it. Once you activate, then there will be inactivity charges after 6 months. So if you want to avoid fees, never activate it.
