Yes, after Ambani's IPL rights FASAK, hotstar went downhill and there is no free Hotstart from TimesPrime now onwards...

And there is no Hotstar in entertainment section and only Sony liv that too 6 months .

I got the Hotstar Super+ Plan 6+6 months after emailing the TP Customer Support Team.
I was only eligible for 6 months on the Visa Signature offer but got 1 Year free after emailing them it took 2 days to get the offer in the app.

After the subscription I immediately sent an email to them to confirm. But they said I'd get 6 months subscription only.

Then I mentioned that I've been paid member for years and I wan't aware which plan it'd renew so I asked if there way to upgrade my subscription even if it can happen by paying the price difference between the two plans ~Rs. 200-300.

They denied again.

I too got same answer when I complained about Sony LIV vanishing from the subscriptions list. Opted for voucher since I didn't receive response about what alternative otts they can offer.

With Watcho subscription, you get 13 OTTs but most of them are useless I feel. Expiry is the same as old expiry date. Bonus is that we will get a new coupon code once the current one expires in about 6 months.

I was told by Twitter support that this is replacement for sonyliv. But I'm unable to find it in my account. Did you reply requesting for alternate OTT subscription in email where they gave 3 options as replacement for sonyliv?
