I was told by Twitter support that this is replacement for sonyliv. But I'm unable to find it in my account. Did you reply requesting for alternate OTT subscription in email where they gave 3 options as replacement for sonyliv?

Yes, I had asked alternate ott but didn't choose one of the three options. I had just replied by mail asking for zee5. When there was no response even after a couple of days, I asked 200rs voucher. I didn't get this.
I checked timesprime app on my own and found the watcho subscription. May be you need to look closer or update the app.

No, at least not working in my case.

Following are my findings/obesrvations on this matter:
For a particular card, offer can be availed only once in a year, so it has nothing to do with mobile no and card no mapping/pair.
Secondly, if ,lets say, you redeemed the offer on a card long time ago, then it may work again now, for eg. i redeemed offer on my sbi elite cc last yr aug, this time in September again I redeemed on it successfully.

Someone got a multi ott platform called watcho with zee5. Twitter support mentioned the same to me, but doesn't show in my times prime app and no proper response in email despite multiple emails

Yes it work with limited Visa signature card most of the cards are excluded. HDFC card works
