Gass cylinder booked using Axis Airtel CC, but no delivery and no booking showing

I booked Indane gass cylinder using Airtel credit card from Airtel Thanks app on 15 April, the booking went smooth, and my card got deducted Rs. 1124, also i got sms from airtel for successful payment.. But so far no delivery has been done of cylinder, when i enquired from my gass agency, they informed me that in fact there is no booking record for your cylinder.... Where should i escalate the issue? on airtel or at axis? My CC recent txn show this amount debitted and so far there is no reversal in case the booking is failed....

Mere idhar toh 1120rs ke 1150rs mangta h. isiliye online start kiya tha. abhi toh unko habit hogyi h, unko pta h agar order mere house ka toh paid hi hoga isliye cylinder change karke chala jata h. starting m bdi problem hui thi unko samjhane m

bhai 1-2 kg gas kam hota h hmesha aur agency walle bolte h agar delivery logge toh kam hi milega nhi toh direct agency akar lelo. Inki gunda gardi chalti h mene complaint bhi kari h bhot bar par kuch fayda nhi.

Mujhe hmesha yehi lgta tha ki agr online se book kia to kahi delivery ni dega... hme khud lana hoga. 😂

Piped Gas nhi hai tum sabke area m ?
Hum toh piped Gas use karte.

piped Gas wale unko call pe jo reading btao Maan lete hai aur bill generate kar dete hai.

minimum 21 days ki billing cycle hoti hai maximum 60 days ki , 3-4 billing SELF karo phir ek billing inka executive visit karke karta hai uske baad phir call karke billing karwa sakte hai aur jo reading dege usko Sach Maan lege.

Par m Mobile App se karta hu meter ki photo bhi upload hoti hai taaki baad m forgery ka case naa karde

Pipelines bichh rhi toh hain.. par pta nahi kab lagega 🤣

Bro piped gas 2 years pehle lag gyi thi par abhi tak usme gas nhi h. Ye government ke kam aise hi hote h.

humare area m first Lockdown se just phle Start hua thha work aur complete 2022 January m hua.

Jab connection loge toh puri gali ki aisi taise kar dete hai.

Neighbours bolte hai jo karna hai kar mere Ghar ke samne khudai nhi honi chayie.
Phir jab next month khud connection lete hai khudai ki permission ki bheek mangne aajate hai jaise khud bada cooperate kiya thha

Ek complaint Ministry of Petroleum and natural gas ko kar do bas. Yeh RTI se bhi kar sakta hai kyuki woh log redirect kar sakta tha hai aapki complaint. Uski phat jayega and kam bhi chodna padega.

Muje ek bar karna pada aut 30 days ke andar pura problem solve bhi hua tha.

Agar phir bhi kuch nahi hua toh agency change karlo.

I paid pgvcl bill via airtel app once. Payment went through . But i asked pgvcl whether they recieved payment but they denied. 5 days later transaction was reversed on cc. Airtel is pathetic for utility payments . Only for airtel bill and zomato and swiggy u should use cc
