Gass cylinder booked using Axis Airtel CC, but no delivery and no booking showing

I booked Indane gass cylinder using Airtel credit card from Airtel Thanks app on 15 April, the booking went smooth, and my card got deducted Rs. 1124, also i got sms from airtel for successful payment.. But so far no delivery has been done of cylinder, when i enquired from my gass agency, they informed me that in fact there is no booking record for your cylinder.... Where should i escalate the issue? on airtel or at axis? My CC recent txn show this amount debitted and so far there is no reversal in case the booking is failed....

Do you use Indian Oil ONE app?
if yes, go to LPG Cylinder, there you will find your booking details.
if not, first download the app, get clarified if the booking has bene transferred to Indian Oil by Airtel or not!

Fine, i will install the app and will try to see whether my booking has gone through or no

Whenever you book Indane LPG, you will get Instant SMS on the number Registered with INDANE gas containg DAC if booking is successfully processed by Airtel.
If no such SMS, then wait for automatic refund.

Login to your Indane gas customer account portal on thier website and try to check for booking history for booking details. If your cylinder is booked there will be order no., cash memo no. details, forward those details to the agency.

Airtel wale axis ki jaise Maha Ch***ye hai.

Chor chor Mausere bhai aisa koi idom Hai jo axis aur airtel ke liye hi bnna hai

Airtel se contact karoge Airtel bolega non-Airtel txn hai Card issuer Bank se contact Karo.

Wait patiently, refund would come automatically.

Airtel app guys are sh*t.
They will always say sir this booking is not showing in our system. You have used Axis Credit card, so contact them for refund.
You hav just used our payment portal. We can't help.

Bhai muje toh bola thha Axis responsible hai payment biller tak process karne me. Yeh non airtel txn hai Airtel ka isme koi role nhi hai.

Jabki payment Airtel ke paas jaati hai phir airtel se biller ke pass

Instead of waiting for delivery or refund, you should first try to check booking status in gas company's consumer account portal, if booking was successful, then there will be LPG booking ID / Order ID, quote that to your distributor.

I don't use Airtel app, So can't say how to contact them. I use Amazon app for cylinder booking.
