U will get gems in one two days
So far I have scanned 17 qrs in my city and got gems on all of them

U will see fuel written on merchant name while paying

What u mean by personal merchant qr?
See it's simple just go to petrol pump there u will see Paytm QR scan it
U will get name as fuel in merchant name
For eg city fuel station
Pay through that and u will get gems
