Mne ICICI se Non Working Days pe khuch txns ki thi, ICICI ne usko Next Working day ki date m reflect kiya statement m.
Mujhe khuch txns ka Reconciliation karna thha but Actual Txn date ke according mujhe ICICI ki statement m woh txn kabhi nhi mili 🤣.

ICICI CC main apna number change ki request di thi last year
1 mahine baad Grievance team ki marne ke baad kartohdiya change
Par Limit on/off and CC block/unblock ka OTP abhi bhi purane number par ata hai
Toh koi bhi transaction karne ke liye
Pehle pichle number ke OTP se CC Limit on karta hu
Fir Transaction ke liye Naye number ke OTP ko daal ta hu

Chalo mai bhi apna experience share kardeta hu
Humare school fees ICICI Bank mai jama hoti thi
So I used to go every month for fee payments
Waha pe ek mam baiththi thi fees jama karne ke liye
12th ke time mujhe ek account open karne ki chull mach Rahi thi isliye mam se puch liya ki ek account ka kya process hai
Tab mujhe 2k ke scholarship ke liye khulwana tha
Mam ne 20k ka bola
Maine teen chaar baar pucha mam se
Fir unko samjh aaya mai garib hu aur 10k mai Maan gayi (bas itna kaha ki 10k maintain karlena)
Uske baad se apun ke saath sab thik chalra hai ICICI mai
I only used that account for cash deposit and chai paani ka mann ho agar raste mai Ghar aate waqt college se to branch chala jata hu😆😆
