They upgraded me to megastar and received those gems for megastar upgradation benefit I think. I redeemed it to ₹1500 cash.

I did initial funding on Friday and account got upgraded to Megastar . 1500 Gems got credited and and got auto redeemed for tier upgrade.
@Dinnong is luck that he was able to redeem 1500 Gems for cash
You have to use block and replace option and new card is issued as visa Signature

Block and Replace the current card. The replacement card will be a Visa Signature Card.

(Sorry if this question is noobish 😀) How to view the complete 16 digit card number in app? It is showing the CVV if I click the Show CVV icon. But I am unable to view 16 digits of the card.

There is eye icon beside the no. Click it

Strangely, the eye icon is present near the CVV only. I am unable to see it near card number or expiry. 😕

i did the funding and vkyc on thursday and still kyc status says pending and still account is on 1st tier, don't know how people opening account after me are being upgraded to megastar

how did you manage to upgrade. you called or mailed them.

Gave them one star rating in play Store. I think this is the only way to upgrade to megastar now!

Hope Indie account is also included in BMS BOGO like Exclusive and Select Debit cards.
