Withdrew 100 SEK = ₹752. Rate shown in google was ₹748 that day, so visa rate was ~0.5% more that day. Surprisingly, Diners club rate that day was closer to google rate (used my DCB).

Yesterday I applied for Indie account and 50k funding went smoothly. Immediatly got Megastar status and today morning completed KYC. Now its a full KYC account. I also applied for physical card.

KYC team was saying that I need to keep funds for 3-4 days. Is that true? Or can I withdraw now?

There's no such deadline for this offer yet.
Only restrictions is 200 gems per month.
Need to check if the limit gets reset on every 1st of the month.
