I have not received gems for cc bill payment on 5th march. I have got gems for payment made before that and also payment made yesterday.

Customer care not picking up calls. Long wait time, I had to disconnect after waiting.

Email sent but don't know if they'll respond (never ever responded to earlier emails).

What can be done?

Customer care not picking up calls. Long wait time, I had to disconnect after waiting.
