Is the 1000 bonus points on the Amex Gold Charge Card applicable for spends on Add-on cards as well? For example, if someone spends 1000*6 times on an add-on gold charge card, will the 1000 bonus points be credited to the main card holder's amex account?

Yes, any spends on Primary and add on card spends are considered as spends on primary card only. Bonus credited to primary only. If add on card doesn’t have any card they won’t have any MR account also.

Yes... Add-on card is like another card but same account... All spends will be pooled together

The Addon card is like a shadow of your original card.

Only the expenses are separate but the points, payments, billing - everything remains of the same original card.
Don't think of it as a different card, think of it as the same card but just two different excel sheets being maintained for easier tracking of expenses.
