Got 2nd Magnus Burgundy

Everyone is wondering what card to get or apply for. And here I am getting 2nd Magnus Burgundy.

At the end of the day, Magnus is still the King.

Query to people in the forum . I have burgundy account since Dec'23 owing to my salary and was able to get M4B LTF . Now that I am switching companies, my new company doesn't have a tie-up with Axis for corporate salary and I will lose Burgundy status ( dont want to maintain min 10 L savings or TRV limit ) , I wanted to understand the following things :

1) Is it possible to talk to the RM and get the Burgundy extended without corporate tie-up . I can still have the salary credited manually
2) If 1st doesn't work , after how many months will my Burgundy status be downgraded and what will happen to the card . Will I be charged 30k + taxes but I still have the card or do I get downgraded to normal Magnus
3) Burgundy used to give me 4.8% return after partners miles conversion for day to day transaction and 2/3 months in a year, I used to cross 1.5 L monthly . Is there any other card or combination of cards which can be a substitute for this .

Wifes.

The only requirement Axis had was to keep 30lk in her account till 1st OGS and Cibil has to be over 700.

Kept amount on 29th Oct, OGS generated on 4th, RM sent guy on 5th for the card, 12th got confirmation that it is processed.

She had other Axis card too VI & Atlas. And my addonn magnus. guy said to close addonn magnus or else this will be rejected. so closed.

Her limit jumped from 1.68lk to 10lk. Which is surprisingly higher than me. Her max limit was on kotak for 6lk I reckon.

Can you please thread mark this?

As for 30lk funds, that's not true. You do not need to maintain 30lk funds.

How do you maintain Burgundy status then?
