GOT HSBC Live+ Card recently, wanted to apply for Add ON card but have some queries ?

1. Is HSBC add ON card attracts saparate annual fee/Joining?
2. IS HSBC Cashback cap of Rs.1000/Month is aggreagate or saparate for Main and Add ON card?
3.Card Offers on Amazon/Flipkart applies offers to both cards as individual or it count only for main card?
 
Already using Add-On card from past 2-3 months, no fees for add-on & no card activation offer or promotion like we get on primary card.
Also cashback benefits will be basis aggregated spends, no separate cashback limit of 1000rs per month for Add-on.

Do we get 1K voucher on add-on cards as well by spending 20k in first month?
 
I haven't got any after making spends & same is confirmed by Customer care as well for add-on card.
You'll get it after 60 days.

This has been mentioned in their tnc of Live+ card on their website.

Customer care is worst of HSBC, they only don't know all about the benifits of the card and will tell you anything like that only.
 
I just filled the add on form assisted by some third party agency hsbc has hired. But he didn't ask the add on holders phone number or email. Can the add on card be used only through primary phone number otp or add on can also use it individually?

Post getting the add-on card, just call customer care to get Phone Number changed for Add-on card. It takes 5-10mins for whole process of changing number via CC.

how did u apply for it? which address did u give for delivery?
 
So I just called the HSBC Customer Care on call and asked them for the add on and they said that they have placed a request for callback for add on and I will be contacted by a sales agent within 48 hrs.

After 2 days I got a call from spam number and I expected that so I picked up and he asked me about the request and after some basic information filled asked me to be ready with masked aadhaar (not the one that is downloaded from uidai website but manually hide the first 8 digits everywhere its written even the smallest along with the qr code) and pan card image. Then he sent a link through adobe for online form and in that I had to OTP verify my number and upload the documents and e sign of primary card holder. Then he said that he will send the document to bank for processing.

The agent was clearly of third party as in the form below as well the agency name "VIBA" was mentioned.

The address he told me will be of what my existing card address is.

So far it has been 1.5 working days and I haven't got any thing from hsbc, I hope I get the card in this week as have some spends coming which would be helpful for 20k offer.
