GOT HSBC Live+ Card recently, wanted to apply for Add ON card but have some queries ?

1. Is HSBC add ON card attracts saparate annual fee/Joining?
2. IS HSBC Cashback cap of Rs.1000/Month is aggreagate or saparate for Main and Add ON card?
3.Card Offers on Amazon/Flipkart applies offers to both cards as individual or it count only for main card?
 
My HSBC smart value CC was discontinued and was given a choice to upgrade to platinum(LTF) and live+(paid). Can anyone confirm whether HSBC live+ card works with dreamfolks website for lounge access? And I don't think lounge access is restricted to primary card only, bcoz I have other add-on cards which offers same benefits as primary card holder.
 
Post getting the add-on card, just call customer care to get Phone Number changed for Add-on card. It takes 5-10mins for whole process of changing number via CC.
I changed the phone number for my add on is there any way that I can use the HSBC app on add on card as well and see transactions etc? As when putting my phone number either its showing wrong credentials or not authorised

Did u get the card delivered to your permanent address or your current address? Was it a serviceable or non-serviceable address? Did u modify your address in in app after u got the primary card?

Got it on my permanent/correspondence address. It is in Delhi NCR but pincode was unserviceable as per hsbc while I applied initially.

Today got my Live+ card and wanted to get add on cards, so contacted the customer support, here is what they informed me

some useless dumb agent. contact again and they will give another answer. don't believe on one.
Okay. So recently had an e-lafda with HSBC Principal Nodal Officer Sabry Ali after which only they approved my card after 2 months.
I am gonna a fire up a mail asking for the definitive rule.
In case if you guys also want to know something other than this , I will put that in mail and update here whenever I get the reply

What was that e-lafda ?

My first application with HSBC was declined and even escalating to that F Sabry Ali didn’t result any fruit. So I left, but later acquired two.

I applied for the card in sept, since I already had plat, someone contacted me and got the sign and all.
I did, and 1 month later when there was no update sent a mail to cc they said they only entertain complaints and not enqyiries and closed my case.
I replied that it was a complaint not an enquiry as I was supposed to get the card faster this time as I was an existing customer, still no reply.
Sent a mail to nodal officer, no reply.
2 month passed, raised a complaint in RBI, someone from the nodal office called said they have lost my application, they have no idea where it is.
Said they will do a fresh application, so I consented and finally the card was approved 2 days ago, dispatched yesterday, received today

Nah only 1 time.1st time I didn’t get any cibil hit so was thinking that maybe my card wasn’t processed but I was also thinking that since I was an existing customer so they won’t have to do it.
Only 2nd time when they did it I got to know, they do CIBIL enquiry for all.
And for this time I was really terrified as after my last HSBC application in Sept, I had some 6-7 credit enquiries and still they approved
 
The HSBC agent provided incorrect information, claiming that the add-on card would have a separate ₹1,000 cap for 10% cashback. Based on this, I applied for the add-on card. However, after making purchases on both cards, I discovered that the ₹1,000 cashback cap is combined for both cards. Additionally, any combined spending above ₹10,000 on food and groceries is not eligible for the 1.5% cashback. This misinformation has resulted in a double loss for me.
