Got LE on IDFC First Select, but unable to proceed.

I got mail that I have a LE offer on IDFC First Select credit card, when I click on Increase Credit limit, it opens whatsapp. And my whatsapp number and number linked with my CC is different, so I don't know how to proceed.
I can't even find an option in IDFC First bank app also. Like why would you keep LE only through one channel (whatsapp), not even App neither website. Such a bad experience.

I have already mailed them, waiting for their reply.


Is there any other way to increase my limit.

Call customer care and ask them to increase the limit. They will do it instantly

I tried it, it gives the same response as above screenshot.

Anyways I called customer care asked them to manually increase the limit. He told it will take 3 days. Have to wait for it.

Update: Credit limit enhanced yesterday after mailing and calling customer care.
