Hard enquiry for Limit Enhancement

I had requested for Limit increase for Axis Bank MyZone Card, around a month ago, before the Festive Sale. But, only today, i.e 2 Nov 2022, there was a hard enquiry on CIBIL.

Is it normal ?
Yes Axis normally makes enquiry of 10000 for limit increase, ICICI usually makes less than 10000.
 
It did when I requested LE. Later they increased limit and removed enquiry in 2 days when I complained

SBI was requested. I applied for LE last week and received a hard inquiry on my cibil from SBI yesterday. They did not gave the le yet as they need additional documents. I had shared my SC bank statement though

Limit enhancement was given by Axis after all.
Earlier, it was Rs 25,000/-
New Limit is Rs 69,000/-

I think PNO is better than the regular customer care. One of my friends, who was in Axis Bank , a few years back, said that even the Customer Care can raise a request to increase limit (although the final decision is not theirs), but it is actually not needed to send the mail to PNO. But, Customer Care works in mysterious ways.
 
P.S - There were two hard enquiries on CIBIL ,even though I had requested for Limit Enhancement once. Not sure, why they needed to follow my CIBIL report twice.
Should I report to remove those enquiries?

Just ask them on Twitter that axis have made credit enquiries without any new credit card application and ask them to remove it. They asks 1st page and enquiry section page screenshot. In my case they not only removed enquiry but also increased limit more than I requested
