Basically it is a C2C AU Card Application process + you get the card LTF .

Try reaching out to their customer care. They might be able to clear out that old application.

Hello bro i got solution of this. I sent mail to au bank. They took 3-4 days but they resolved my issue. Now i have scheduled my vkyc for tomorrow. You can try this if your issue is not solved yet

credit card holders of any bank.
You have to sign up everytime until you complete the process.
CIBIL enquiry is triggered per PAN only once irrespective of the number of times you try .

It happened to me also. I mailed them for reconsideration with other Bank's CC Bill and salary slip. After few days they approved and sent the card.

I entered the original office address. I occasionally work from client office that is close to home. They are still behaving as if they are some elite bank that only issues CCs to rich people. They are like we require a letter from HR to prove employment. Doesn't bank statements and payslips justify this fact?

Banks like au and kotak... Want everything according to they like..... They love finding a way to reject application...

Some banks and FinTechs have weirdly rigid policies. AU, OneCard & Amex are few of them.

Amex is strict with pincode rule. But, Amex doesn't care much about where you are working from till the time you have the bank statements and payslips.

OneCard issued me a card when I did not even have a source of income. Even though, I did not use it much, I like its UI. Can’t say about customer support as I rarely use the card. Applied for it only out of curiosity.

My company does not have a presence in India. And the bank's system does not accept a US address. I have been rejected twice so far due to this.

Give the address of cbi or Ed office.. Nobody will go for verification.... Card approved without any payment liability... 🤣😉
