Basically it is a C2C AU Card Application process + you get the card LTF .

Same is happening with me too. I entered magnus credit card bin, then portal said, card js not recognised and showing me few card options options. When i click on back button it is not allowing me to change card details.

I sent them an email about this. Let's see how they respond. Hopefully, this is just a bug in their system.

After the vkyc is done 2-3 days. Mine approved next day after the vkyc. Also received the card today

I was told it is for new to bank customers do check with others who have account in AU if they were able to get it.

My friend tried to apply for au card through this swipe up program yesterday. He used sbi simply click with 396k limit and got xcite ultra as an upgrade with 455k limit. But, after 5 seconds of showing limit he got a message that his application is rejected and reapply after 6 months.

I don't know what happened suddenly, I was on screenshare whole time.

btw they only asked for card first 6 digits and didn't ask for the limit(probably fetched from cibil).

better call at toll-free number 1800 1200 1500 and press 2, the application is rejected cause au doesn't take more than 4 working days to approve, just email to creditcard.support@aubank.in and ask to reconsider your application, I sent an email on Monday and have been waiting for a reply. Someone else also emailed their c2c and salary slips, and after a few days, their application was approved

tell your friend to mail them and ask, even though it would be a standard reply cause they rejected him on the basic on cibil i think

His father accidentally delayed a loan payment and their Pan were of hindu undivided family. I think this is why he got rejected.

Earlier Zenith had 25% off upto 500 on Eazydiner twice a month with 5% points to top it off but AU discontinued it's Credit card promo on Eazydiner it seems 🙁

I don't think so unfortunately have sent two email one with cc statement n one to different email address. Received only one reply with standard rejection email they can't offer now blah blah apply after 6 month
