Has anyone started getting calls from HDFC regarding non-usage of add-on cards in spite of using the cards regularly?
I and my friends are getting calls from HDFC Bank regarding the non-usage of credit cards, and those cards are add-on cards. Perhaps add-on card usage is not showing in the HDFC Bank add-on card's account.
Even if I am calling customer care and telling them the card number. They think that it is primarily card, and they even cannot see any transactions.
So the system is thinking that I am not using it? Transactions are only visible from primary account holders statements after settlement.
HDFC system is very buggy. Even an add-on cardholder can take a loan from their net banking using the add-on cards.
Please help me.We donot want to get such calls.
