I paid now to sbicard for the unbilled amount (spent last week online) by using HDFC platinum visa debit card through Canara Bank Setu website. The relative billed amount was already paid by HDFC auto BillPay last week.

Today's trxn went through without any problem for the unbilled trxns.

I shall wait and see whether any reward points will be credited or not.

If credited, I will continue to maintain HDFC's SBMax account. If not, I shall be closing it at the earliest.

Try after sometime or use other website like Canara setu website or Navi app.
Are you playing a Split Personality Disorder game or what?
I spend sometime to read this complete thread just to find out you are one of the culprits behind this devaluation of HDFC Platinum DC.
And folks here knowing or unknowingly considering you as a Guru and asking for your advice. Even you are providing them the services reluctantly.
Patchup ho gya kya?? Anything I am missing?? Can't really figure out this.

PS: I wonder why this guy hasn't been banned yet from this forum? Don't tell me that this forum doesn't have the feature to ban an user as and when needed.

Made a payment of 8.1k to my Axis CC today as an early payment. Bill is yet to generate. More than 15k will be the outstanding amount for coming bill cycle even after this payment. Used Airtel Thanks app and HDFC Platinum DC.

Interesting fact is when I (first time) added my CC in the app today, it fetched bill amount due as my last month's billing cycle amount. Which was already fully paid ofcourse. It was around 8.3k.
Then I tried editing the amount and tried paying 15k today. Transaction failed. OTP SMS has biller name as "www.airtel."
I thought the app is not allowing me to pay more than the bill amount (which is 8.3k as per the app). Hence tried paying 8.1k and it got successful. But this time OTP SMS mentioned biller name as "Bharti Airtel". Even in bank statement, transaction details shows as "POS 1234XXXXX1234 Bharti Airtel". I hope I'll get the rewards. My spouse had this DC as LTF due to her salary account in HDFC.

I am angry on myself more than Abhishek012 for not knowing about this rewards 750/month using this DC.

Hope I'll be able to enjoy the leftover. Will update here if rewards are received.

1) Keep your peace. It's not worth it.
2) it's ok not to take advantage of a bug/feature. Even Infinia users in this forum have discovered so many things after stumbling into them.

The problems I have faced with sbi unipay-

I have paid almost 10 lakh cc bill through it using my hdfc platinum dc but not a single time my money has been debited and showed transaction failure. But what I have faced is I made the payment it showed successful paid. Money also get credited in my cc. Then after some time I open sbi unipay it shows transaction failure on that particular transaction. Show I searched about this and found out a guy in the reddit for which he has been also facing this same problem. But in his case the transaction that got debited from his account got reversed in 4 days but his cc transaction was not reversed and then after more 10 days his account got debited again for the same amount. So I think better to use Navi app for bill payment as it has a better support team unlike sbi unipay (do not have any support team)

My case is I paid hdfc bill on 3rd Nov. It was credited and outstanding amount went to zero. But hdfc is showing the same outstanding amount which I already paid. I don't know what to do. Because in sbi unipay, the transactions are successful. What can I do now? Pay again?

Where its showing the same outstanding amount ? SBI Unipay ? you can pay same amount multiple times or edit and pay any amount but you can't pay more than your credit limit.

Just ignore, if you already pay and successfully credited to your HDFC Card and outstanding amount went to zero.

It went to zero and now it's showing same outstanding amount. But sbi unipay shows the transactions are successful. Hdfc cc raised one complaint regarding this.

What @Abhishek012 is saying is to don't bother what HDFC is showing in due section as it is the bill amt. Login to Internet Banking - Check Your Card Available Limit. If it is full then your bill is settled. Due amount will remain the same and only the Minimum Amt changes to zero after payment of min. due. You can check unbilled txn, it will show your credit entry.

Also you can again go to Unipay enter your Mobile Number and last 4 digits of card if it shows Bill already paid or no bill due then you don't need to worry.

Wanted to inform you all

I paid my credit card early payment of axis Bank through axis Bank mobile banking using my hdfc platinum debit card. They use freecharge payment gateway. Yes I got the cashback points for it. You will get the merchant name as POSxxxxxxxxxxx freecharge payment tec

Due amount will be zero after payment. I have checked it in previous months. Today my payments are showing in unbilled section and yesterday they were not showing. I must have paid the bill again and get refund. Anyways no problem
