I got a mail from HDFC which is invite for preferred banking Program.

is it useful?

Thats how we do it for imperia, so it should work for preferred as well

Yes, same with me. My virtual relationship manager keeps calling for stupid investment advice and imperia account feature.
I ask him to get me a locker if the locker is free for imperia customers. Then he says need to check with branch. When I ask branch they say all lockers are booked, if you invest in 6 lacs insurance plan, then we can provide locker. Then i yell at my relationship manager. This keeps happening every 3 months or so 🤣🤣

I got locker by taking an investment plan from my RM in 2 days he gave me locker. after 4 days I cancelled the investment and got full refund.🤣
IRDA guidelines if customer cancel any plan within 15 days then he/she will get full refund.

use this trick to get yourself a locker.

you can add upto 8 accounts in a group. if you keep 150k in each account then your group MAB will be 12L.

you can't, imperia debit card is only for imperia holder at that time.

Does anybody know, what happens if I have higher variant let's say pref or imperia ES DC and we got downgraded to classic?
Will there be any charges for dc now if we are continuing the same higher variant dc?

hdfc bank is shit
I'm their imperia customer from last 3 years.
they don't care about their customer they just want to broad new customer or they want you to buy some policies from them. if you take policies n all than they will roam around you otherwise they don't care.

and I think it's not only hdfc all private banks are same.
my cousin had same issues in axis Bank he is Burgundy customer.

Funny how locker suddenly becomes available with insurance purchase XD

Not sure why people would do this though, since the first 1 L in most banks gives garbage interest, 1 L+ is better, best way to maximize is to keep a singular account

One is the Preferred account and another is ofcourse Imperia. Rest, HDFC charges IMPS even from Classic variant.

On a side note, charging for petty charges like IMPS by the biggest bank in country is pathetic.

They are literally saying that maintain 2 Lacs or more monthly balance with us to get IMPS free.

So better to save 5.90 by not using imps

Every half a hour it gets settled
But if u seriously want instant maybe for business beers then to consider
