• 1% on other transactions i.e. wallet loads, credit card payments etc
• Total rewards is capped at 400 RP/month
• Bonus - 5% cashback upto 1000 on Gift Vouchers purchase via Smartbuy per month. P.s. Smartbuy has introduced 2.5% & 3.25% + GST on ASV & AGV respectively.

How to milk the benefits?

• If you use it on smartbuy only then 5% upto 400 (card benefits) + 5% upto 1000 (smartbuy bonus), total 1400 RP/month you'll be getting. Since Smartbuy charging convenience fees on AGV & ASV, better to buy Flipkart GV without convenience fee on smartbuy.
• For example, if you buy Flipkart GV worth 8k via Smartbuy with Millennia DC, you'll get 400 + 400 = 800 cashback, meaning 10% cashback on Flipkart GV.
• In another example, if you buy worth 20k, you'll get 1400 cashback, meaning 7% cashback on Flipkart GV. So buy accordingly as per your needs.
• If you use Millennia DC for 40k CC Payments worth 40k via Mobikwik, Paytm etc only, then 1% upto 400 cap will be over & you'll get 5% cashback upto 1000 if you purchase any GV via Smartbuy now.

Hope you've understood the benefits & enjoy the rewards ❤️. Ask if any query.

No idea about the RM, probably wasn't assigned any RM.
We called customer care and they said Millennia debit card is charged ₹590.
After a few minutes, called them again and another person said it's not possible to request online for Millennia debit card and asked to visit the branch and also said it's charged ₹590, even though my relative has *SavingsMax* account.
Then,
I had sent email to grievance redressal and they too replied that Millennia debit card is charged ₹590, but Platinum debit card is free.

Then, I complained on Twitter, they gave steps to request debit card (Millennia /Platinum not mentioned in their comments) using net banking , phone banking , Eva.
(They also asked ccare staff name for giving wrong info).
While I didn't try yet, am pretty sure these will not work. I remember trying couple of weeks ago from expressway site and net banking login., and didn't work.

Only thing being asked is a free Millennia debit card as they have a SavingsMax account and also maintaining good balance of 1L+.

Since they are maintaining 1L +, request for classic banking first. Once upgraded to classic program, every dc will be free irrespective of account variant

Does a Platinum DC exist already?

There is an upgrade option in netbanking (although I'm not sure Millennia would be shown as an upgrade option over Platinum).

I had actually upgraded my Easyshop 'Platinum', DC (as printed on the card, but it wasn't an actual Platinum card!) to an actual Platinum DC this way.

Otherwise visit the RM/BM and ask for a replacement with a Millennia DC on the ground that you are asking for a card that is cheaper than your entitlement (a free Platinum). They cannot refuse, and that would also be free! At worst they could charge an one-time fee for reissue. -- I have done this also, myself.

Ok,
Looks like my relative did have a debit card 4-5 years ago, but was hotlisted sometime later as they misplaced it. Probably that's the reason there is no option to request new debit card in Netbanking login.
I will try again with Ccare and branch.

Unaware staff, that's it I would say. IF they can give a higher varaint card free with the account. A lower one will be free as well

Bhai I was having below savingMax account (very basic account) & they gave me millenia debit card.
I was surprised after few days I was charged with Rs.590 for debit card annual maintenance . --> I visited bank & asked the branch manager to close the account. He asked me why sir what happened, If you close the account within an year (I went in 10 days itself) then will have inspection on us.
He asked me if he make that card wavier for this year will it be fine ?? --> I said then again it will be same thing ...
Then he said okk, do one thing update to savingMax & we will make it as LTF.

I used savingMax for around 1.5 years but nothing charged to me. After that I went for the new account for my wife with savingMax (now at this point I already have good relationship with HDFC folks) --> they asked me to keep 1L for just 2 months after that you can make the balance as minimum 10k but your account will be in classic only & no penalty on that.

It's around 5 months we upgraded the account to classic & from March we maintained hardly 40k in that --> now even it's 4-5k in both the accounts

So totally depends on your relationship with HDFC 🤣

Guys need some help. Is there a way I can make advance payment for my SBI card using HDFC BillPay and millennia DC? I tired but it says no pending bill found. My current payment is 10.5k so I still have 5.5k spare for complete 400 benefit. Plus I can use SBI card for bigger purchase in upcoming months then.

@doraemon @VISHESH_BANSAL @NShah do you guys have any idea?

Bro afaik
Some apps do not allowed to pay cc bill if it's already paid
For example
Bajaj ,park+ etc
While some apps like amajon, indie etc allowed advance payments

If u are not having cc bill
Just load in amajon/mobikwik etc

Yeah I would load wallet if nothing works. Actually I might use SBI card for some upcoming payment (if the portal has option). In that case this 5k could be adjusted easily.

Shall I try purchasing Amazon GC and then try paying? There would be some outstanding on the card after the purchase

I don't think it will work
Because portal will fetch last bill which is already paid
