But, if you are getting an option, you can still try. I think they wont consider this among other cards as this is a virtual card.

When I click the mail, it redirects to MyCards, after I login and go to banner, It says 99+GST as annual fee. Is this the same for people who got the mail? @rohant

Yes, maybe they did not update the fee waiver criteria which is same for all. They just added the lifetime free banner for applicable accounts.

I'm sure customer service team should honor this as LTF is mentioned in their official app. If not, Just close the card.

When I checked today afternoon, it showed me 99 + GST like it's in your screenshot. But when I checked an hour before, it showed lifetime free like in the other guy's screenshot. So, don't worry, it's actually LTF.
