Hdfc Bill pay portal - Facing Technical glitch

When you visit the page you cant make any payment
Instead of the place where it used to say enter bill amount its replaced by when to pay
After you select bank or Dc it will throw a error to enter amt but there is no place to enter that

Hdfc net banking and mobile app is worst I have ever seen.
Sbi net banking far better from hdfc.
