HDFC Billpay is showing Invalid card number for Platinum debit card

Hi
I am trying to pay my ICICI credit card via HDFC Android app billpay using my Platinum debit card.
But it is showing Invalid card number. Both ICICI card and HDFC platinum card numbers are correct.
Any idea?

The same error is shown to me at least 5 time - when doing trxn AFTER business hours.

It went thru after 9am onwards.

Use Net banking

Didn't work through NB. Worked through the app now.

This reply too, like all replies of this louzy bank, is silly n stupid.

Till the first half, they say that their team is working to solve the problem.

And, in their very next sentence, they say that the issue is hopefully solved to your satisfaction.

Either they do not know how to write simple emails in English or they are just brainless zombies.

Currently my billpay page is showing as LOYALTY PROGRAM GOLD CARDS
and when I try to redeem, It shows as not successful

This is a known issue. Better complain to HDFC customer support. Everyone is facing this issue.
