Millennia HDFC charged "Rs.50 as CASH CHARGES"

Same here, but I have escalated to Sashidhar Jagdishan and the entire HDFC Board of Directors about this unethical business practice adopted by Parag Rao and the Credit Cards division, with a demand to revert the same immediately and provide an additional ₹500 compensation, else I petition the RBI ombudsman with a ₹5000 compensation demand. Let's see what transpires 🙂

They have said they will reverse the fees and GST in the email reply I got. But no apologies or no mention of error or mistake from their end in the email. In X, their support team had apologized and mentioned it was erroneously charged.

As of now only Rs 50 has been credited back. If GST is not credited back, I will be also giving RBI Ombudsman complaint.

Bhai for everyone's benefit kindly share all the hdfc senior management employees contact mail, so that we can bookmark them for future use.

We note your concern raised on redemption fee billed on the card account. We take this opportunity to inform you that the redemption was levied due to technical issue at our end. We have identified the same and have reversed the redemption fee of Rs.50.00 billed on the card account on August 03, 2024. The GST credit will reflect in subsequent statement.
