Point redemption query as we know that 70% of points can be redeemed So I made a transaction of 4800 points but I didn't pay 30%, as I realised I didn't enter the correct suffix Mr/miss so I cancelled that transaction

Then again I redeemed 4800 points and did the remaining 30% via card

Currently 9600 points redeemed is shown How long it will take the reward points are reversed, do I need to call conceriege or it will credit automatically?

A voucher code would have been generated both times which would have been communicated to you via sms. You could have reused that old voucher code again in next transaction.
However this voucher expires in 30 days and the points are credited back to your account, but this points are not redeemable until next statement generation.
So it's a long wait.
But customer care told me you can all and get your voucher cancel immediately but points will be redeemable after statement generation only.
So take action according to your statement generation date.
