I also got similar email saying my claim has been approved for 1st month. I redeemed the points on 6th January.

However, the money is not deposited yet.

I just received an approval email for the first month. The redemption date is January 5th.

It doesn't have to be either or, it is both.

There were full page paper and digital ads for this campaign which was being run through official apple resellers . So they were fully aware and reaping the sales benefit. They are fully culpable for the scheme as much as hdfc

So if for eg. Tata is offering good schemes on Kotak Insurance while selling the car, you gonna blame Tata incase Kotak refuses to honor a claim if car gets stolen?

It's not just a third-party insurance tacked onto a sale; Apple is a key player in pushing this specific offer. Therefore, they share responsibility when the promised benefits aren't delivered, even if HDFC Ergo and Zopper are the actual underwriters. It's about the customer's reasonable expectation based on Apple's promotion of the deal.
 
My claim intimation date was 6th January. Got the refund on 10th February into my account. I emailed them on 8th February, then I received an approval email on 9th February. Today, I emailed them for the second month which I initiated on 8th February. Loha Garam Hai Hathoda Mar Diya, maybe they will credit 2nd month's amount as well. After recent developments, I don't believe them. Whatever is possible take from them.

Have you got approval mail for 2nd Month. I submitted on 5-Feb-25 but have not received any approval mail.
