Hdfc Imperia eligibilty (hidden)??

Hey TF community,
So I was just going through a video of Imperia Banking (on YT); in which the person explained all the eligibility (from 10L in Savings to current to FD's ) [and salary of 3L per month; this was just updated on their website]. He also explained how one can maintain balance and get upgrade offer in NetBanking

One particular comment caught my attention....


Now Ofc it might be possible tht the guy is just bluffing and not really serious about it..... But on the other hand; there might be another hidden criteria just around the corner... ( I mean we TF community people have seen things from LTF Infinia to even LTF Emeralde); so who knows there might be another criteria for Imperia as well....
Does anybody here have any idea about this...?

Why do you want imperia? What benefit is there? I had an upgrade in netbanking and I just didn't bother.

Exactly. I too am a Preferred customer but haven't seen any difference in banking with them.
Only Banks that values their loyal HNI customer are Axis and IndusInd imo.

I had Imperia upgrade pending for sometime, deferred it as I did not have much to gain, but finally gave in thinking nothing to lose also.

So effectively nothing changes from Preferred to Imperia apart from the page background color in net banking.

Just read on Forum they charged Sms charges and other needless charges to their Burgandy customers..... Also Sumanta da also made a video on it.

How is your experience with them btw... and which acc do you have

Yes they do charge unnecessarily but if you're a burgundy customer then ₹49 or something quarterly charges won't matter. I suggested considering this only.

Although I don't have account with them but one of my close friend have this a/c and he is very happy with the services and CC offers given to burgundy customers.
He talked to burgundy customer care in front of me and they were quite supportive and informed about their products which is rare in banking standards.
