Response from group head we have stopped giving out Infinia Metal LTF only paid version can be availed. Any way to push it furtherThis one?

Hi All,
Recently GYFTR blocked my account and all my transactions are failing.
They are not giving me any reason of account blocking and not telling me if they activate my account again. They just said suspicious transaction happened and cant give that information to me. I never used gyftr and my Infinia in wrong way. Just purchased vouchers in a normal manner and not too much.
Can someone help, please.

hdfc wants to weed out ews & lig infinia holders
Recently I saw one person mentioning that his number itself is blacklisted. So he is unable to buy at any gyftr - axis, hdfc, yes, hsbc etc.
I have 3 supplementary cards with Amex Plat Charge and only 1 is working in the beginning of the month, other cards are also not working (txn failure) is getting displayed. Even 10000 Amazon Pay also I am not able to buy.

What is more frustrating is that Gyftr websites have no terms and conditions mentioned anywhere about how numbers are to be linked and used where.
I for instance have a main Gyftr account (on Gyftr.com) and then logged in Gyfter accounts on Axis (GiftEdge) and HDFC (Smartbuy) and accounts that do not require a log in on Amex (Reward Multiplier) where I buy vouchers using three different cards. Until now I have been using the same phone number across all of them. I switch to another number only when I exhaust the vouchers limit on Amex. I am sure everyone else does the same as well.
I think it is now safest to stop using AMEX Gyftr for the time being and stick to Axis and HDFC only.

Question: How can Amex cards be assigned to Gyftr accounts when you do not have to log in anywhere to purchase them?

I didn't clearly get what you were trying to convey. You can buy vouchers from gyftr as long as you do that with a unique mobile no. and card no. combo. Why to stop using Amex rewards multiplier for vouchers?
I use the same mobile number to buy Amazon Pay vouchers using all my three cards (Gold, MRCC, Plat Travel). Only for the Gold add-on do I use my wife's phone number. I think Gyftr will ban me if I continue to do this? I should be using different mobile numbers for the three cards?
I don't have amex, so not sure how it works. But even if u don't login, u must be giving some mobile/email to recieve vouchers. Probably based on number u give, it will internally maintain separate accounts.

As far as I know, as long as your are using the same no. with different bank cards there shouldn't be an issue. Using the same no. with primary and add-on of the same bank is what gyftr and banks discourage.
