Infinia HDFC Infinia "requesting" 1.5 lakhs spend per month?

Just received the above email. What does it mean? If we don't spend 1.5 lakhs a month, we're not entitled to these benefits?

Reading this makes me think that I got royal treatment from HDFC. I had just 11 L in FD and 1 to 2 L in savings when BM and RM really put fight for me to get Infinia. And got it in about a month. They could have got in lesser time, if I would have not put condition of not closing co branded card.

if you have a deposit of 1 to 2 cr, you are supposed to open an Infiniti account in hdfc and you will have to maintain it for 6 months and automatically get preapproved with a limit of 10Lakhs. just opening an account and asking for a card won't work because there is no business for them.

I have imperia banking for Infiniti they are asking 5cr. My BM has taken approval for Infina Metal Paid, he’s saying credit card team is not agreeing to LTF stating that they don’t provide it as LFT. There’s a screenshot in one of the threads in the community that states the approval required for such deviation from standard policy but I’m not able to find it now.

You are asking for lft then no point. You already have approval for paid right go for it. If spends are proper anyways it's waived off. I dont understand for ltf it's better for cltf and paid.

I don’t have 10L spends on card most of spend is on UPI, trying to push more and more on card but my card spend is still in 4-5 L range

A slight mistake I made over here. Circle Head and Group Head are not the same post.

RM < BM < Cluster Head < Circle Head this much for sure
and I think further it is - Circle Head < Branch Banking Head < Group Head

I am saying Branch Banking Head is higher than Circle Head; cause multiple branches across 2-3 cities I had checked in the same state had same BBH but different Circle Head.
Group Head I think is for like, Group Head Credit Card Dept ( lets say North Region ) so entire North region may have 1 GH.

I got the upgrade to Infinia from DCB ltf on 10th Oct. The agent told me that the new criteria is 9L spends in last 6 months and 8L base limit. He had sent documents to Chennai but in the meantime PNO approved and issued it.
My spends were 10L in Sept and 11.2L in last 6 months. 8.6L limit.

This is correct for Infinia.
RM confirmed.

Limit vs Spends

DCB Metal
5L, 5L

Regalia Gold
3L, 3L

Biz Black
7.5L, 7.5L
