HDFC Instant CC Issue

I recently applied for an HDFC Swiggy credit card through the Swiggy app.

Later, when I checked the status, it showed that my credit card application had been declined.

However, today I received an email from HDFC saying, "This is your New HDFC Bank Credit Card (e-card copy). Your physical card will be reaching you shortly."

The email title mentioned it was an "Instant Credit Card," but I never applied for that particular card.

What should I do now?

yup, instant credit card is nothing but your applied card shown digitally. They could easily avoid so much confusion by naming it appropriately.

can you confirm how much time it took to get e-card copy?

I have also applied for swiggy card and today received a message stating the application is processed but when I checked on the tracking page, it shows declined. There is no further communication from bank and physical verification is also not yet done assuming this would be done considering this is my first CC with the bank.
