HDFC Max upgrade case

Okay so in short
I tried to upgrade my account to savings max online but failed zillion of times
Visited Branch : Staff too much self obsessed and daydreaming, so he said, "Do it yourself online"!
Complained online(LEVEL-1) again they said to visit branch!
Finally reached out PNO quoted all of this!
Furthermore, as appropriate restitution for the undue mental harassment, repeated inconvenience, and systemic neglect I have endured, I requested compensation of INR 20,000.
Call came from branch strictly said them to send some person home for upgrade! He will be visiting overmorrow!
So what should be my next step to get closer to compensation since I don't want to close the case as it is, at least, not because of their system(s) failure!

Get the compensation as bank also should remember your history otherwise they will treat you as a normal customer.
 
Compensation comes from rbi complaint

Get the matter solved then compensation battle starts
still shouldn't I even try with HDFC once?
Otherwise the manager will say why U raised with RBI when now we have upgraded your account!
Then i think i'll say you didn't provide compensation for torture.
for having that answer I think I should ask them first!
or am I wrong?
 
I personally don't think you can get any compensation for this.

PNO will resolve the case on their end. If PNO wasn’t helping, then you might have been able to raise it to RBIO. However, even if you raise the issue, they will likely transfer your complaint to PNO, and PNO will respond that the matter has already been resolved by the branch.

The most you could get is an apology from BM and home service, which you are getting it already.

But even @sjmajumder 's case was solved still he raised with RBIO and got 20k
