HDFC Max upgrade case

Okay so in short
I tried to upgrade my account to savings max online but failed zillion of times
Visited Branch (29 october) : Staff too much self obsessed and daydreaming, so he said, "Do it yourself online"!
Complained online(LEVEL-1) again they said to visit branch!
Finally reached out PNO quoted all of this!
Furthermore, as appropriate restitution for the undue mental harassment, repeated inconvenience, and systemic neglect I have endured, I requested compensation of INR 20,000.
Call came from branch (say, from person P1) strictly said them to send some person home for upgrade! He will be visiting overmorrow!
So what should be my next step to get closer to compensation since I don't want to close the case as it is, at least, not because of their system(s) failure!

EDIT-1 : 18-Nov-24 : No one visited today and SMS came that issue is resolved! Will call P1 tomorrow!
EDIT-2 : 19-Nov-24 : Posted another mail to PNO! Received reply at 11:46pm that they have acknowledged my issue and will get back to me till 25th of November!
EDIT-3 : 20-Nov-24 : Following the email a person was sent by P1 who visited my home did paperwork and afterwards I received an account conversion request reference number on mail too!
EDIT-4 : 22-Nov-24 : Account finally converted to savings max!
NOW, branch does my work on priority haha!

If complaining to RBI and getting compensation as money is the thing . Then I should be the front liner for filing RBI complaint on BOB lol
1.They delayed account opening for 15days
2. Changed my account variant to masterstroke without my consent
3. Made me visit branch 5 times despite having premium account. Which made a lot inconvenience
4. Promised credit card getting delayed due to employee absence
5. Kit not getting dispatched
6. Mobile banking, internet banking options not working due to their glitch

So in this regard, I should demand 1LAKH From BOB🤣

it would also have been a lil bit more solid if i would have escalated it to RBI just after first complaint whose ans was visit branch, am I right?

No I don't get you here. What's wrong in saying visit branch? There can be minor issues for which one needs to visit branch once in a while. Account upgrade is not a daily activity like money transfer.

I don't think RBIO will give any compensation in this case. But you are free to try.
 
No I don't get you here. What's wrong in saying visit branch? There can be minor issues for which one needs to visit branch once in a while. Account upgrade is not a daily activity like money transfer.
But I already visited branch before but they didn't upgrade then I complained over email they said visit branch like how many times should I go!

5 times is harassment.

I am not aware of Bob products. So Masterstroke is upgrade? Did you incur any financial loss like NMC? Did you ask for reverting to old type? What was their response?

Why did they delay account opening? What was the explanation by BM?

This specific employee not available is a known issue of Nationalised banks.

Overall you do have a case and you should pursue it.

When they didn't upgrade in branch, did you escalate to BM? Action is required from your side as well. Like when you didn't get favorable response from Level 1 customer care you escalated to PNO and he addressed the issue.

I just checked SMS and they have send a confirmation message (at 6:07 pm) that your issue has been resolved! (that too 2 times)
But no one even visited my home today!

Visit your branch and go to the BM chamber. Show them that screenshot, ask on what basis did they closed the ticket and tell them to upgrade your account right now while you are at branch.

If they are unable to upgrade, ask them to provide a written statement explaining that your staff is unable to do so.

Better @kuchbhi wait for 30days to complete while noticing this drama 😅 and noting all.
Then file to RBI with compensation, this will be an strong point that without resolution they closed case themselves. No one visited one after promising.

and i think i can raise immediately no need to wait for 30 days since complaint closed resolution not provided which is unsatisfactory!

actually first the person on call sent me link to upgrade I tried and said that I have done through this link lakhs of time so he promised to send an employee but he also sent email (with BM id in cc) that he has sent the link for upgrade so they might have used that mail as a proof for closing but i never approved it and even have call recording saying link not working send your men and he said okay!

Woh email par reply back kardo ki I'm complaining to RBIO (explain about closing complaint without resolution etc etc) and attach pno in CC as well, not BCC.
