@Abhishek012

Can you tell me something?

Millennia visa purana variant tha. Changed to rupay in mid-September. Cust care said dono ka combine karke milestone target consider kiya jayega. Turns out I've been duped. Only rupay spends considered.

July-Sept spends
Old Visa - 42k
New Rupay - 82k

Should I escalate to pno??

So my Millenia card is up for newnal and HDFC has send a mail asking to update address if needed, and also mentioned that I can switch the network if I want. Now the card I have is on the Mastercard platform. Anything special if I switch to Visa or Rupay? I was thinking I'd go for the Rupay network when renewing the card since my Neu Infinity gives 1.5 percent only on the Neu app when doing UPI transactions. But in between I ended up getting the Axis Supermoney that's clearly better for UPI. And I also have the PNB Rupay Select. I noticed that the Millenia Visa is good for Timesprime and other Visa offers and the Mastercard offers at least I noticed, arent all that much.
So what is the suggestion, stick to MC, or go for Visa or Rupay?

If you are falling short for quarterly milestone, only then go for Rupay and clock all spends less than 100₹ on it via QR scan. Else go for visa 💳

Rupay comes with few drawbacks, No EMI option available on RUPAY same time showing EMI eligible for Visa/MC 2nd No clear reward rate on upi even i didn't get any cashback on upi transaction..
you mean, you can't convert normal transactions to EMI? or you can't even buy on EMI?

This month, I received only 115 CashPoints out of 1,120 cashpoint, probably because I made all my purchases through UPI payments. Only the Amazon gift voucher was purchased using card details.

Will email hdfc again to credit it manually 😤.

Other than Visa Signature offers that keeps coming up now and then, is there anything else that makes the Visa varient a more attractive option than the MC one?
Also, my Millenia is LTF. Will changing the card network have any impact on the same? Read somewhere that SBI had told some customers that changing card network would mean an originally paid card that was provided/converted LTF would go back to being paid. Not sure that is a confirmed official policy of SBI but I won't be very surprised if that is actually true. HDFC has any such issues with this card?
