HDFC Moneyback to Millenia?

Is it advisable to avail upgrade from HDFC moneyback to Millenia Visa international (rs1000 fees)? Pros and Cons? Or better apply for a limit increase offer on the Moneyback card itself? Other card holdings (Onecard, Amazon ICICI, Tata neu basic rupay, Kotak rupay)?

My sister got the mail for unconditional LTF millenia with 1.5k voucher.
Should i wait for better offers or take it?
She doesn't hold any card.
Btw HDFC konse card tak offer deta h if we keep on ignoring cc offers from them?

This is one of the best card for genuine use case. Anytime better than Regalia. Also they don't give LTF option easily on Regalia. Better go for Millenia LTF.

No. Someone in the forum got it after 7-8 months. He maintained around 5L
She doesn't maintain much but txns are substantial.
7-8 months after initial offer or in total?
Which is better to take if we want to upgrade it to infinia/DCB?
