HDFC MULTIPLE CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT THROUGH SINGLE TRANSACTION

Hi Friends,
I have been holding HDFC Diners Black LTF for last 4 years.
I make the bill payment through my ICICI Bank A/C using Billdesk link every month.

Last month I got a pre-approved offer for 2nd HDFC card (Rupay Biz LTF) and I took the offer and got the card.
I was under the impression that like ICICI -(I have 2 ICICI CCs- Coral & Sapphiro)- a single bill will be generated.
But now after a month, two separate bill statements have been generated - one for Diners Black and one for Rupay Biz.

I want to know if I can make single payment via billdesk OR
Do I need to make 2 separate payments via billdesk (one for each card) ?

2 separate payments as these are 2 different card accounts sharing the limit.
