HDFC Pre-Approved Credit Card Offer OCT - NOV 2022 (LTF confusion)

There is a lot of confusion among Hdfc account holders regarding lifetime free credit card offers sent in e-mail in October and November, 2022.
On one hand, some members are saying LTF criterias are absolute since September 13th.
HDFC customer care also says they don't issue LTF cards from October.
The question is why is HDFC account holders still getting offer e-mails and SMSs regarding Lifetime Free credit card, where validity of offer is explicitly mentioned as 31st October and now 15th November ?

Has anyone applied for LTF pre-approved credit card (Moneyback+ / Millenia) in October and November and recieved their cards - if so, please share if they have been confirmed as LTF or any other experience likewise.

So I've called the customer support and got the same response for converting my millennia to LTF. In my case have to spend 50k in first 90 days. And I guess the old conditions are still in place.

Both way works... But mail is something trendy in 2022....hdfc is still in pigeons era

Emailing to greveience redressal worked for me.
They give both the options.
You can also fill the form and drop in any hdfc branch drop box

Once you get Millenia LTF, all your credit card needs for online shopping should stop. If I am successful in getting the C2C millenia (LTF) approved, I won't apply for another CC anytime soon.

While applying also, after selecting the card, they show like this..... It is clearly mentioned "Lifetime free" Twice. Still when I called them, they denied LTF.

Bhai If they have charged you joining fees. And you have proof that you have attached in this message simply fight with them and if they don't give you ltf and reverse your fees simply complain to rbi .

They have confirmed Ltf on email after I sent all the proofs I had

If your current limit of money-back is above 75k then you can get a millennia card with same limit without any income docs.

If you need limit enhancement along with upgrade then submit your last 3 months salary slip or ITR or both.

I had 1.5L limit on my money back, so I didn't ask for limit enhancements.

If your current limit of money-back is above 75k then you can get a millennia card with same limit without any income docs.

If you need limit enhancement along with upgrade then submit your last 3 months salary slip or ITR or both.

I had 1.5L limit on my money back, so I didn't ask for limit enhancements.

Your limit won't decrease.

Even though your current card is ltf the one you get as an upgrade will be FYF.

I had Business Moneyback. Although I'm salaried and I don't know why they gave me that. But when you make an upgrade request it doesn't matter which one your holding.

Oh ok so there is a way to upgrade from Business MoneyBack/MoneyBack Plus to FYF Millennia and then make it LTF by spending 50K. Fair enough. I'll just a purchase a laptop or something when I am due for an upgrade of both - the card as well as old laptop. 🤣
