HDFC Pre-Approved Credit Card Offer OCT - NOV 2022 (LTF confusion)

There is a lot of confusion among Hdfc account holders regarding lifetime free credit card offers sent in e-mail in October and November, 2022.
On one hand, some members are saying LTF criterias are absolute since September 13th.
HDFC customer care also says they don't issue LTF cards from October.
The question is why is HDFC account holders still getting offer e-mails and SMSs regarding Lifetime Free credit card, where validity of offer is explicitly mentioned as 31st October and now 15th November ?

Has anyone applied for LTF pre-approved credit card (Moneyback+ / Millenia) in October and November and recieved their cards - if so, please share if they have been confirmed as LTF or any other experience likewise.

Oh ok so there is a way to upgrade from Business MoneyBack/MoneyBack Plus to FYF Millennia and then make it LTF by spending 50K. Fair enough. I'll just a purchase a laptop or something when I am due for an upgrade of both - the card as well as old laptop. 🤣

I am not sure about the spend based LTF conversion criteria. As far as I know, it will only get your annual fees waived off, that too if you spend 1 lac for millenia.

Yes, I have confirmed from them, there are no spend based LTF campaign running since October. Only way is to apply directly from branch on C2C basis for LTF moneyback+/millenia .
If someone is telling you to spend X amount within 90 days or so, you are being mis led.

So what the customer care executives are saying via Email doesn’t mean anything? I have posted a screenshot on the third page of this thread (#60) in which I asked them how to convert my Regalia to LTF and they mentioned the 90 days spending and smartpay methods.

You got a written commitment, that's good. But you might have to fight with that later.
If you got your card by Sep 2022, this might be valid. As of Oct, spend based and Smartpay methods of converting to LTF are obsolete.

I got my tata neu card flipped to ltf moneyback on condition of registration of smartpay pay nodal officer.... So the ways of converting ltf are still valid... For double safety... I am also doing 12 transactions of 500 and also spending 30000 before 90 days of issuance..

You will see that after u do atleast 6 transactions.... Its for fyf... Nd 12 for ltf

I applied for regalia yesterday c2c and this is what the branch employees showed me. It seems even regalia is not offered ltf as of now.
I only applied because I want to upgrade it to DCB ltf under alumni offer. Can anyone confirm that alumni offer is still running.

This is the general mitc printed.... Even bob sends genric pricing of card printed with the card although cards are ltf..... They are bot giving straight forward ltf... But when complained or pushed they are giving

Does anyone have anyidea when we get the vouchers for the HDFC Credit card applied online (Pre approved one). I had applied on 19th August, Got card on 25th Aug.. Have done all required transaction, but haven't got the 1500+1000 voucher yet.. When I mail them, they send generic response that if eligible, you would get that..

Yes u can do anything... Wallet loading too.... But I think millenia charges for wallet loads....if I am not wrong

HDFC NetBanking -> Credit Cards -> Enquiry -> Redeem Reward Point -> Select Card.. New pop up window opens.. Click on rewards and there are two options, One to see spend based benefits.. Any ways, @Batmanbaba when you get LTF by spending required amount, in the statement under reward point segment, you will see one credit point under LTF category.
